Casserole is an ideal lunch for the studio,
a light dinner for a group of friends or any occasion
which calls for a heart-strengthening meal.

Minimum order is 20 people.

20 – 49 guests: choice of one stew and three side dishes.

+50 guests: choice of two casseroles and three side dishes.

• Hungarian goulash soup with cream.
• Game sauce with blue cheese and currant jelly.

• Stroganoff with mushrooms in a cream sauce.
• Mild pepper sauce with mushrooms, onions and vegetables.
• Mild Mexican chili sauce "Mole" added with cinnamon, cloves and chocolate.
• South American sauce with black beans.

• Arabic chickpea dish with tomato, cumin and coriander.
• South American with vegetables and black beans.
• Mexican with beans, flour tortillas, cheese sauce and sour cream.
