Multi-course wedding
Serving a multi-course feast:
During a meal, the first three appetizers are on the tables or served soon.
Salmon and halibut are served on a banquet platter intended for the entire table.
Soup served.
Finally, guests are invited to a buffet with main courses and side dishes.
The minimum number of guests is 60 people
Appetizers
- Italian box: parma ham, melon, rock salad, parmesan cheese and strawberries.
- Bruschetta with tomatoes, rock salad, fresh mozzarella and basil.
- Bruschetta with salmon salad.
- Hot smoked mustard-smeared salmon with Arabic couscous.
- Lightly grilled whale with heather rice salad.
- Lobster soup in a cup with a lobster skewer.
Main dishes
All main dishes are cut on the spot for each guest.
- Marinated turkey breast with honey, sage and ginger
- Baked beef tenderloin Wellington with mushroom puree.
Side dish
- Honey, ginger and rosemary glazed carrots
- Potatoes au gratin in a garlic cream sauce
- Mixed vegetables
- American bread filling with pecans
- Bernaise sauce
- Wild mushroom sauce
- Red wine sauce
